Free shipping is NOT offered at this time.
Return Policy: If within 14 days of your purchase, 7 days on backgrounds, you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange the merchandise or issue you a store credit (less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee will apply). Photography books are non-returnable items! Please allow three weeks for PhotographyProps.com to process the return and issue credit. Please call 1-866-776-7748, e-mail us at info@photographyprops.com or Skype Us for authorization prior to returning merchandise. All shipping charges are at the customer's expense. If the merchandise has been used, damaged or not properly cared for or you have not called or emailed us prior to sending it back, we will be unable to honor the return. The merchandise will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Shipping: We ship to US and Canada only. Your orders will be delivered using FedEx or US Postal Service delivery services.
Tax: We do collect sales tax in select states. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.
